Our team will design and deliver a survey to you workforce either electronically or by paper to determine if you are really Communicating for the excellence you desire.

FAQ

Q: Do people really trust you to treat their surveys confidentially?

A: Because we are independent of the organization and the surveys come directly to us, we can protect identity. Comments are consolidated and partially edited to make them positive in tone.

Q: Do Supervisors really want this feedback?

Good supervisors want to know how they are perceived and how they can Improve.

Poor supervisors often need more training, and definitely need feedback on their approach. We have found that this is a safer way of getting supervisors to own up to weakness and improve. Poor management leads to excessive costs.

Q: How much time does it take?

We design our surveys to be a quick and clear as possible to Reduce any misunderstanding or frustration with questions. Each cluster is important and an average survey takes 10 minutes or less. Consider the cost of "stewing about these matters" , or poor morale. In a one to one session with a supervisor, employee will not provide much feedback, but in a survey of ten minutes then can and will.

Q: What happens after the Survey?

General findings are published. We recommend follow up meetings as soon as possible after the results are completed. We also recommend a company session, or department meetings to discuss the results and how improvements can be implemented overall.

Sensitive or negative feedback is delivered in a coaching mode either by us,or an internal coach.
